At Sarah & Christine, we want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.
Processing time
Once your order is placed, it takes 1–3 business days for us to prepare and pack it. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays may take a little longer to process.
Delivery time
After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery within New Zealand is 8–12 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the time of year.
Placing an order
- Browse our collection and add the pieces you love to your cart.
- Double-check your size, colour, and quantity.
- Head to the checkout and enter your delivery details carefully.
- Review everything on the checkout page before continuing.
- Choose your payment method and complete your order. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure options available at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Shipping costs
We're pleased to offer free shipping across New Zealand, with no minimum order value.
Tracking your order
Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Delays
We do everything we can to get your order to you on time. Occasionally, delays can happen due to couriers, weather, or busy seasonal periods. If anything affects your delivery, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may involve an additional shipping cost.
